PicksWars is a community-driven platform built around competition, respect, and fair play.By participating, you agree to follow these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or permanent removal.

1. Respectful Conduct

Core Principle

Treat others with respect. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Avoid harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse
Refrain from personal attacks or targeted harassment

2. No Pick Selling or Promotion

PicksWars is not a marketplace. To protect our community, the following actions are strictly prohibited across the platform (including Discord and DMs):

Selling picks or predictions

Promoting paid betting services

Advertising external gambling products

Soliciting users for paid groups

3. Fair Play

Integrity is the foundation of our tournaments. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage may result in immediate removal.

Do not cheat or manipulate tournaments
Do not exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
Do not use bots, scripts, or automation
Do not collude to manipulate rankings

4. No Scams or Misrepresentation

You may not:

Impersonate PicksWars staff or other users
Share false or misleading information
Attempt to defraud users or the platform

5. Content Standards

Prohibited content includes:

Illegal material

Explicit or offensive content

Spam or self-promotion

Malware or phishing links

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Our Rights

PicksWars reserves the right to:

Remove content without notice
Suspend or terminate accounts
Restrict access to tournaments or features

Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Reporting Violations

Users may report violations through platform tools or community moderators.

Abuse of reporting systems may result in penalties.

8. Updates to Guidelines

These Guidelines may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
