Welcome to PicksWars. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PicksWars website, applications, Discord integrations, and related services.By accessing or using PicksWars, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. About PicksWars
PicksWars is a free-to-play, skill-based sports prediction and competition platform. Users participate in tournaments by submitting predictions on sporting events and competing on leaderboards.
Important Clarifications
- PicksWars does not offer or accept real-money wagering
- PicksWars does not facilitate gambling or betting
- No entry fees are required to participate in tournaments
- Predictions are for entertainment and competitive purposes only
2. Eligibility
To use PicksWars, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and Access
You may be required to create an account or connect a third-party service such as Discord. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
PicksWars reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
4. Tournaments and Gameplay
- All tournaments are free to enter
- Rankings are determined by PicksWars’ scoring and rules systems
- PicksWars has final authority over tournament structure, scoring, and results
- Attempts to manipulate outcomes, exploit bugs, or abuse the system are prohibited
Decisions regarding tournament results are final.
6. Prizes and Rewards
PicksWars may offer prizes, including but not limited to cash rewards, subscription credits, gift cards, or merchandise.
All prizes are:
- Promotional rewards, not gambling winnings
- Subject to availability, verification, and eligibility
- Non-transferable unless stated otherwise
PicksWars reserves the right to modify, delay, substitute, or cancel prizes at any time.
7. No Gambling or Financial Advice
Strict Policy
PicksWars does not provide betting services, does not accept bets or wagers, and does not offer financial, investment, or gambling advice.
Any actions taken outside the platform are solely the user’s responsibility.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

All content, branding, software, scoring systems, and designs are the exclusive property of PicksWars. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
PicksWars is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicksWars shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
- Disputes between users
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PicksWars from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PicksWars shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
